FROM SOUTH/EAST: Take I-480 West, exit at Stearns Road. Turn right off the exit ramp and proceed onto Stearns Road. Stearns Road becomes Crocker Road.  Continue north on Crocker Road, Church on the Rise is located across from St. John Medical Center.   The church is located on the West side of the street approximately one mile South of Crocker Park.

FROM WEST: Take I-480 East, exit at Stearns Road. Turn left off the exit ramp and proceed onto Stearns Road. Stearns Road becomes Crocker Road.  Continue north on Crocker Road, Church on the Rise is located across from St. John Medical Center.   The church is located on the West side of the street approximately one mile South of Crocker Park.

FROM I-90 NORTH/EAST: Take I-90 West to Crocker Road exit. Turn Left off exit ramp and proceed on Crocker Road. Church on the Rise is located directly across from St. John Medical Center.

FROM I-90 NORTH/WEST: Take I-90 East to Crocker Road exit. Turn right off exit ramp and proceed on Crocker Road. Church on the Rise is located directly across from St. John Medical Center.
