Kidz on the Rize is a jam-packed, high-energy service designed especially to touch the hearts of the children with the reality of Christ. It is held in our STORM youth center located in the rear of the church campus. Along with an enthusiastic time of worship, our awesome teachers minister to the kids in ways they will enjoy including: games, drama, video, and more - all geared towards drawing your children closer to the God Who Loves Them so much!

STORMYOUTH

In a culture riddled with shallow convictions and a lack of Godly character, most of us are personally acquainted with Students Tired Of Religious Mediocrity. This service is designed especially for them as a place where they can make connections with others of like minds and draw closer to God. Led by Pastor Jordan Endrei, it meets at 7pm Wednesday evenings and provides not only the fellowship young people thrive on, but also the challenges they need to rise up in Christ and become examples to their generation.

Connection Groups

Connection to others in caring relationships is something we all know that we need but find it hard to make it happen.. In the whirlwind of contemporary lifestyles, find a haven of fun, encouragement, and caring in one of our Connect Groups. We meet regularly to share what's going on in our lives as we study God's Word, pray together, and enjoy family-style fellowship with plenty of fun.

At Church on the Rise, one of our main concerns is raising children who love God. The goal of our kids ministry is to provide a caring environment to assist parents in laying the foundation of faith. Our New Kidz Nursery and Praisin' Preschool supply safe, structured surroundings with age-appropriate activities as well as plenty of play time, inside and out, for busy little bodies growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Glue Marriage Club

Glue Marriage Club is designed to help build marriages that will not only last for a lifetime, but also actively draw attention to the God who holds them together. Young adults, who are interested in leading Godly lives, often struggle surrounded by a peer group largely populated by the lost and immoral. In order to become a testimony to the love of God in their generation, they need to be a part of a supportive community whose purpose is to glorify Him. Fusion for young adults, led by Pastor Jordan Endrei, is a great place to find this vital fellowship and be encouraged to make choices that please God.

At this monthly breakfast, men will find biblical support and encouragement as they gather with those who desire to provide Godly leadership in a culture floundering without clear standards. Running With the Giants features guest speakers who have chosen to walk with Christ in their family and careers- those who have figured it out in the "trenches" of life and speak from experience.

Join us the third Saturday of each month for a great breakfast and challenging teaching. There's not much we women like better than good food and fellowship, and this is where you can find it centered around God and His Word. We even provide free childcare so young moms can enjoy a bit of edifying time "off" knowing their children are in good hands. We have not forgotten those who have walked with Christ for many years or met Him later in life. Although there is much to be learned from those years of experience, part of their wisdom is knowing that they are forever students of Christ. JOY fellowship is led by Pastors Frank and Ardie Endrei for those age 50 and up, and meets at the church one Saturday afternoon each month. Our need for fellowship with others in this lifetime never ends, so come to be encouraged among those whose experience spans the seasons of life.

In order to raise children with hearts that beat for Jesus, we have developed ministry specifically geared for a vital season of transition in a child's life. We believe it is imperative to help set their convictions in the "cement" of Truth before the pressures of junior high and high school become part of their lives. In order to assist you in making it a priority in your life, we have chosen to offer classes for which we have a great respect. This is the place to come to learn more about Church on the Rise, and Pastor Paul, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere with pizza! The classes are a great way to begin building new friendships and hear the specifics about the Mission, Vision, and Values of COR. This is the only class taught by the senior pastor and it fulfills one of the requirements for church membership and ministry involvement. It consists of two sessions, they are free, can be attended in any order, and are held in the STORM Youth Center. Childcare is provided.

If you are ages 8-18 this is the place to satisfy the need for creative movement in a wholesome, Christian context with others your age. This class is for those who love to dance, with or without previous training or experience. I-Dance is heald every Sunday in the STORM Youth Center. Ages 8-11 meet from 1-2pm and ages 12-18 from 11:30am-12:30pm. Please contact Aisha Stack for more information at reamarket@gmail.com.

John Wesley said, "I have so much to do that I spend several hours in prayer before I am able to do it." At Church on the Rise we understand that prayer is the fuel for ministry. We rely on the power of prayer for everything we do - it is a priority. Make it one in youe life by joining us on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, and every first and third Monday of each month for Prayer Power at the Prayer Wall at 7:30pm.

Church on the Rise is dedicated to sharing the good news about God with our community in a practical way. We strive to reach out to our neighbors and bring lost souls to the knowledge of salvation. Some of the ways we have and are doing this is by distributing 10,000 door knob hangers, helping with Back to School Back Pack Sunday, Prison Ministry Outreaches, All American Sunday, Free Oil Changes for Single Moms, and we have even helped those in need purchase homes and given away cars!

God's Word tells us that He inhabits the praises of His people, and we consider worship a central part of the ministry at Church on the Rise. Sincere, spiritual worship is the doorway into God's presence where our lives are changed. To that end the worship team is always on the lookout for new team members who are gifted in playing instruments and using their voices to usher our church into the Presence of God.
